Welcome Spring

With such nice weather this last week, we've spent quite a bit of time outside. We stopped at the park on the way home from school...twice... ,played in the back yard a bit, rode bikes around the circle, and even kidnapped Julie, Ashlyn and Courtnie for an afternoon and went to Parker's Park in Tooele. Cole enjoyed playing with his friends at each place we went. Isabel spent quite a bit of time being upset because we had to go inside at the end of each adventure. I'm worn out from chasing Isabel (she thinks she's ten and can actually do the monkey bars) and packing lunches left and right. I suppose it's good we enjoyed ourselves since the weather this next week appears that it may hold us hostage in our home again. Here are some pics of the kids enjoying the sunny weather.

Draper Temple Open House

We went to the Draper Temple Open House last month. (I'm a little slow when it comes to posting here.) Anyway, it was absolutely beautiful...how could it not be. Cole's favorite part was the food at the end. Isabel enjoyed the bus ride. I enjoyed how they actually sat you down in the sealing room and explained about the temple ceremony and why we as Latter-Day Saints hold it so sacred.
