Our State Fair is the Best State Fair

On Monday night we had family night with the Starr family and went to the fair. The kids loved seeing all the animals (and so did the Dads). We went on the big yellow slide and the kids learned what it takes to run a farm. They had so much fun. The highlight of the evening is when Jarad gorged himself by eating a fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich. (I think the jury is still out on whether or not it was worth it.)

Happy 79th Birthday Grandpa!

Every year on Labor Day we celebrate Grandpa Oborn's birthday (Sept. 4th). This year we went up to a condo in Park City. Cole and Jarad went swimming (check out the video). And of course, we ate because that's what we Oborns do best! ( :

Kindergarten, Here I Am!

Cole started Kindergarten about two weeks ago. He absolutely loves it. He is making a lot of new friends. Here is a picture of him on his first day of school. Thanks to Grandpa and Grandma for the cool back pack and new shoes!
